International Red Cross Conference: The International Red Cross Conference consists of the
International Committee of Red Cross (CICR), the League of Red Cross and Red
Crescent Societies and various national societies. Its supreme body, the
International Red Cross Conference meets every four years. The 1986 meeting at
Geneva from 23 to 31 October was its 25th.
